Developing ideas into practice, that's what Fry Marine stands for. So we started a new research project together with Seafarm. Goal of this project is to establish the complete production cycle for Solea solea. This means from broodstock to harvest. We believe this is possible in a profitable and sustainable way. Therefore we launched this project in the Innovation in Aquaculture program with funding from the EFMZV fund from the EU.
First activities are already started. We are rebuilding the raceway systems in a way that the well-being of the sole is highly improved. Happy fish, is healthy fish! Further, the first experiments and trials are planned for spring 2019.
